The Process

Your teacher will divide your class into partners or small groups.  Below are the steps you will follow in order to complete this webquest.

1.  Choose an explorer and research his/her explorations.

2.  Write a journal from the perspective of the explorer.

3.  Create artifacts that your explorer may have encountered.

4.  Write a poem about your explorer

5.  Create a map of your explorer's voyage(s)

6.  Draw a portrait of your explorer.

7.  Make a treasure chest that will contain all of your items.

8.  Present your findings to the members of the board at the Fleming Museum
